Welcome to Ruby Art Gold. By purchasing from our Dubai branch or using our website, you agree to the following rules and regulations. These ensure transparency, fairness, and compliance with UAE laws.

1. General Terms

All transactions are subject to UAE laws and regulations, including those governing gold and precious metals.

Ruby Art Gold reserves the right to modify these rules and regulations at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Authenticity

All jewellery sold by Ruby Art Gold is guaranteed to be authentic and hallmarked as per UAE standards.

Certificates of authenticity (when applicable) are provided with each purchase.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are based on the prevailing international gold rate plus applicable making charges, stone value, and VAT.

Prices may fluctuate daily depending on market conditions.

Payment must be made in full before delivery or collection.

Ruby Art Gold accepts payments via cash, approved credit/debit cards, and other UAE-approved methods.

4. Exchange & Upgrade Policy

Exchanges and upgrades are subject to Ruby Art Gold’s official Exchange & Upgrade Policy (see separate section).

Custom-made or engraved jewellery is non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

5. Delivery & Shipping

For online orders, delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Ruby Art Gold is not liable for delays caused by courier services or customs regulations.

Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery information.

6. Warranty & Repairs

Manufacturing defects (if any) may be repaired, replaced, or refunded as per UAE consumer protection law.

Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or wear and tear is not covered under warranty.

Repair services may be offered at an additional cost.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must retain the original invoice for any exchange, upgrade, or warranty claim.

Jewellery must be inspected upon delivery or collection. Complaints after 48 hours of receipt may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the safekeeping, maintenance, and insurance of jewellery after purchase.

8. Liability

Ruby Art Gold shall not be held responsible for any indirect loss, damage, or claims arising from product misuse, delay in delivery, or third-party services.

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, product images, and branding are the property of Ruby Art Gold and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These rules and regulations are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
