Ruby Art Gold – Exchange & Upgrade Policy

At Ruby Art Gold, our goal is to ensure that every customer shops with confidence and peace of mind. That’s why we offer special conditions for exchanging and upgrading gold jewelry.

Within 30 Days of Purchase

Gold jewelry can be exchanged for other gold items or a gift card of equal invoice value.

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

After 30 Days and up to 1 Year

Gold jewelry can be exchanged for other gold items or a gift card.

The value of the exchange is calculated based on the daily gold market rate, after deducting making charges.

After 1 Year

Gold jewelry can be exchanged for other gold items or a gift card.

The value of the exchange is based on the daily gold market rate, minus 1%, plus deduction of making charges.

Important Conditions

Exchange is possible only with the original Ruby Art Gold invoice.

Evaluation process may take up to 4 weeks.

Refunds are only available within 7 days, and only if a manufacturing defect is found that cannot be repaired or replaced.

Customized or engraved items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Exchange is valid only in the UAE (country of purchase).

Within 30 Days of Purchase

Gold Jewellery:

Can be exchanged for gold or diamond jewellery, or for a gift voucher equal to the invoiced amount.

Diamond Jewellery:

Can be exchanged for diamond jewellery or a gift voucher equal to the invoiced amount.

After 30 Days and Within 1 Year of Purchase

Gold Jewellery:

May be exchanged for gold or diamond jewellery, or for a gift voucher.

Exchange value will be calculated at the prevailing market gold rate, minus manufacturing charges and the weight of any stones.

Diamond Jewellery:

Can be upgraded to new diamond jewellery.

Upgrade value will be calculated after deduction of remodeling or polishing costs.

The value of the new diamond jewellery selected must exceed the amount offered for the old jewellery.

After 1 Year of Purchase

Gold Jewellery:

May be exchanged for gold or diamond jewellery, or for a gift voucher.

Exchange value will be calculated at the current market gold rate, minus 1% deduction, as well as manufacturing charges and stone weight.

Diamond Jewellery:

Can be upgraded to new diamond jewellery at the market value of the material content.

The value of the new item must exceed the amount offered for the old jewellery.

Important Conditions

Jewellery must be in original condition with no signs of damage or alteration.

Exchanges are permitted only with the original Ruby Art Gold invoice or valid proof of purchase.

Exchange or upgrade valuation may take up to 4 weeks.

Gold jewellery can be exchanged for gold or diamond jewellery.

Diamond jewellery can only be upgraded to diamond jewellery.

Refunds are only applicable within 7 days in cases of manufacturing defects that cannot be repaired or replaced.

Refunds, when applicable, will exclude any transaction charges (e.g., credit card fees).

This policy does not apply to custom-made, engraved, or pearl jewellery.

Jewellery can only be exchanged within the same country of purchase.
